Calm-Mind Intensives
What you’ll practice in 5 days
Lasting change doesn’t come from one big breakthrough, but from what you practice every day. These five days give you simple, repeatable habits you can keep using long after the challenge ends.
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about this challenge
How much time does this actually take?
Plan on 10–20 minutes a day for 5 days. Each day includes a short video and a few guided questions. You can always pause and come back if life happens.
What if I can’t finish all five days in a row?
That’s okay. You’ll keep access to the videos and prompts, so you can pick back up where you left off. The goal is progress, not perfection.
Who is this challenge for – and not for?
This is for Christian women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in unhelpful thought patterns but are still able to function day‑to‑day. It’s not a fit if you are in active crisis, have thoughts of self‑harm, or need intensive psychiatric care – in those cases, please seek local emergency and medical support first.
What happens after the 5 days?
You’ll have a simple practice you can keep using and access to our community. When you’re ready for deeper clarity or support, you can move into a Hope Mapping Session, Calm‑Mind Intensives, or 1:1 counseling.
