Mild Anxiety

Moderate Anxiety

Noticeable symptoms that may interfere with daily activities, work, and relationships. Clinical evaluation is recommended, and therapy or medication may be considered.

Severe Anxiety

Symptoms are significantly distressing and interfere with functioning. Professional treatment, including therapy and/or medication, is strongly recommended. Immediate intervention may be needed if symptoms are overwhelming or if there are signs of panic attacks.
